Open file explorer and navigate to this PC

Right click on this Pc and click properties

Click on Advanced System settings

From the top navigation tab click on Computer Name

Click on the Change button

Select the Domain and enter your Domain Name.

It will prompt you to enter your domain User Name and Password

enter you Credentials and click ok button.

If your credentials are correct you will be prompted with this message

You have successfully joined the domain.
