There are some people you never want to hear from. You can’t stop them from sending you emails, but you can set up Microsoft Outlook to automatically delete the emails as soon as they arrive You can set up a rule that tells Outlook to permanently delete emails from a particular sender as soon as they come.

Open your Outlook and click on “File”

Select the Section Three “Rules and Alerts”

Select the “New Rule” option.

Now Select the First Option “Move Messages from someone to a folder” and click continue to Next

In Rules Wizard check the condition “from people or public group” and select Next to continue.

Now to set the actions to check the first 2 options as shown below screenshot and click Next.
