Right Click Users and click on New UserOn the next screen fill in the username, full name of the user, password (twice). Uncheck “User must change password at next logon” and check “Password never expires” if you wish. Click on “Create”:If you access the Users folder in Computer Management, you can see the new account displayed inside.Your new account My User is displayed in Users. Once you can log off your pc and sign in with new user name and password.
