Download Hiren Boot CD Key from google and upload it to VMware Datastore
Access the VM you want to change the password of.
Click on “Actions” and go to “Edit Settings”
From the left pane click on “CD/DVD media” and attach “Hire Boot CD iso”
Click on “Connect at power on”
Save the settings and start your VM.
After booting up Hiren boot CD will boot up and you will see this display
Open the application
Click on “Open” as shown in the picture
Select the user you want to change password of
Click on Change Password
Type in your desired Password and click “OK”
Enter your new password and you will be able to login
