MS Word provides the very quick very useful command name quick access Toolbar which helps you to create your own shortcut Commands

On Top left corner click the below icon showing in screenshot and get the Quick Access tool bar. If you want to add any command you just need to click on that command and it will show the check icon that means your command is selected. And if you want to remove from Quick access then you need to click on that newly added command again to uncheck that.

You can also make your own list of quick access tool bar, just click on More Commands
Commands we added are shown in quick access tool bar and it is easy way to access the commands in the quick access tool bar.

If you want to change the location of quick acess tool bar click  “show below the ribbon”

Here quick access tool bar ribbon location is changed.
