First, Open your favorite browser and search for ‘Microsoft teams’ and the first link here you see will be from microsoft.com click on it.

Now you will click on the ‘Download Teams’ option on the right side of the window.

Here you will be able to see the ‘Download for Desktop’ option click on that

Then you will have to select the option for which purpose you need Microsoft teams. Here I can choose ‘Teams for home or small business and click on download teams and then you’re .exe file start downloading

After downloading the .exe file click on that file and the team’s app starts on my windows operation system so the first window of Microsoft teams opens here you need to sign in with Microsoft account. If you don’t have an account then create one by just clicking on ‘Create one’.

I already have a Microsoft account so I am going to log in with my Microsoft account and enter my password then click on sign-in. After that my Microsoft teams have been started on my windows operating system here you can create your team and set a meeting and have an option to chat and have an option for the call.
